Well fenced paddocks with ample grass are available for turn out, depending on the time of year. A paddock sweeper is used regularly to remove droppings and paddocks are fertilised and topped during the grazing season as required. All paddocks have stud railing with offset electric fencing and a clean, fresh water supply.

A lockable tack room for all livery clients is provided. Every person sharing has a set of keys and it is the clients' collective responsibility to ensure the tack room is kept locked. Please note that all tack and equipment is stored there entirely at the owner's risk. The tack room is protected by an alarm system, linked to a Central Monitoring station.
